Is your network slowing your business down?

Dropped Wi-Fi, slow connections, and nobody who can say what is wrong. We find the cause, fix it properly, and write it down so it does not depend on one person's memory.

For offices, small teams, and home-based businesses.

Why NETDZIN

An engineer who stays with your network.

NETDZIN is led by Ousmane Cisse, who has more than 15 years in enterprise networking. The person you talk to at the start is the engineer responsible for the design.

More about our work and experience

Engineer-led

The engineer who designs your network stays with it through build and handover.

Plain English

You get clear recommendations, including what is not worth buying.

Documented

Every project ends with a diagram, an address plan, and recorded settings.

Vendor-neutral

We recommend what fits your environment and budget, and work with equipment you already own where it makes sense.

What it costs you

Small network problems get expensive quietly.

Lost time

Staff wait on slow files and dropped connections, and then wait again for someone to look at it.

Lost business

Choppy calls and unreliable connections are visible to your customers, not just your team.

Hidden risk

Unknown devices, default settings, and no recovery plan are easy to ignore until the day they matter.

How we fix it

Four steps, in this order.

  1. Assess

We review your site, devices, and pain points before touching anything.

  2. Design

You get a written plan with scope, hardware, and layout.

  3. Install and configure

We build it, test it, and plan the cutover to keep disruption low.

  4. Document and hand over

You receive the diagram, address plan, and settings in writing.

Built and tested in our own lab

We try designs here before they reach your office.

Getting started

What does a network assessment involve?

You tell us what is going on and what you want to change. We review it, ask follow-up questions, and look at the network where that helps. You then get a written scope and quote before any work begins.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the size of the office, the equipment, and the work involved, so we do not quote from a price list. After the assessment you get the scope and price in writing, and nothing starts until you agree to it.

What happens after I send a request?

We read it, then reply by email or by phone, whichever you prefer, with questions or a suggested next step. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and quote before any work starts.

How we work

Do you work onsite or remotely?

Both. Troubleshooting can often start remotely. Cabling, rack work, and equipment installation happen onsite. We serve businesses in Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Support after a project is scoped case by case, with the scope and response times agreed in writing. NETDZIN is not an emergency or 24/7 service, so we tell you plainly what we can commit to before you sign.

Will I get documentation?

Yes. Every project ends with a network diagram, an address plan, and recorded settings, so the network does not depend on one person's memory.

Can you work with our current IT provider?

Yes. NETDZIN can work with your in-house IT person, your managed service provider, or your other vendors when you need network engineering. We agree on who does what before work starts.

Can you troubleshoot a network you did not install?

Yes. Most troubleshooting starts with a network someone else built. We map what is there, test it step by step to find the cause, and write down what we found.

Equipment and vendors

Do I need to buy new equipment?

Not necessarily. We work with equipment you already own where it makes sense, and tell you what is not worth buying. When new equipment helps, we recommend what fits your environment and budget.

Which vendors do you work with?

We are vendor-neutral. We install and configure equipment from major vendors, including Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti, Netgate, and MikroTik, and recommend what fits your needs.

Which of these sounds like your office?

Tell us in a sentence or two. You do not need to know the technical cause. We will tell you what we would look at first and what an assessment would cover.

We reply by email or phone with questions or a suggested next step. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and quote before any work starts.
